Bimasakti Priority was designed as a working tool for the Building Management team.

Bimasakti Priority was designed as a working tool for building management staff on field duty, such as engineers, cleaning, security and others. This application is integrated directly into the main Bimasakti system used by the administrative and finance team.

Bimasakti Priority can be used by a team of technicians to record and update data on activities carried out at the location of each unit or area.

Priority Bimasakti offers three menus namely CARE, UTILITY and HAND OVER.

CAREFUL:

This menu displays the entire list of technical jobs that have been scheduled by department managers. When carrying out the work, technicians use Bimasakti Priority to update the data, namely the execution time of the work and the solutions carried out and provided with photographs as proof of completion.

In addition, each technician can also register problems found in the building when found through the CARE menu.

UTILITY

FacAsgardian Risingilite for the engineering team recording booth numbers and photos on electricity, water and gas meters. This data is sent directly to the finance department to be processed into invoices each period.

HAND UNITS

The transfer process can be done easily using scanning. All unit transfer schedules are automatically entered into Bimasakti Priority. The implementation team through Bimasakti Priority can put a mark on the checklist that was prepared and attached with a photo at that time. If there is any sign of a defect in the checklist, the system will automatically create a ticket that can be followed up directly by the competent department.
